The primary function of the Board of Trustees is to set the vision of this beloved community.  Who are we? what do we want to accomplish?  how do we create a community of spirit, service, justice and love? This requires that the members of the Board listen carefully to the desires and needs of the congregation.

On October 27, all  members of the Fellowship will have the opportunity to determine together what ERUUF wants to be and where we want to go in the next 10 years. We will also help establish the goals, strategies and resources needed to get there.

  • Small group workshops in the morning or afternoon will be lively and fast-moving.
  • Childcare will be provided at the morning workshop.
  • Facilitators will be well-trained to maintain focus, assure that all voices are heard, and have fun!
  • Everyone from teens through our oldest members are needed to share their experiences and perspectives.

We really want your and others’ on-site participation on Oct 27, but a survey will be made available online closer to the event for those unable to join the discussions.
The Board of Trustees is leading this effort, but Stewardship and many others are involved.
