We meet on the second and fourth Wednesday of each month for sitting meditation and discussion of teachings from early Buddhist sources.
Our meetings will start at 7:30 pm and run until 8:30 pm. The evening will start with 30 minutes of sitting meditation, followed by time to hear a Dhamma teaching and an opportunity for discussion.
