Tai Chi for Health and Wellbeing

Learn the fundamentals of Tai Chi with relaxing and energizing exercises. We will "move to feel", learn that "less is more" and explore yin and yang in action. Classes will be outside when weather permits. Class also meets outside when the weather is agreeable!
