DESCRIPTION:On Friday\, October 22\, and Saturday\, October 23\, ERUUF will
  participate in the Beyond Categorical Thinking workshop offered by the Un
 itarian Universalist Association (UUA) for congregations involved in the s
 earch for a new minister. ERUUF's Ministerial Search Committee invites all
  congregational leaders\, members\, and friends to participate in this wor
 kshop.The Beyond Categorical Thinking program is designed to promote inclu
 sive thinking and help prevent unfair discrimination in the search process
  for a new minister. This program includes a three-hour workshop with Rev.
  Keith Kron of the UUA. In the workshop\, Eno River Unitarian Universalist
  Fellowship members will:\n\nConsider the hopes\, expectations\, and conce
 rns they have for a new minister\nLearn more about the ministerial search 
 process\, and\nExplore how thinking categorically about people sometimes i
 nterferes with choosing the best candidate.\n\nJoin our Zoom session on Fr
 iday\, October 22 from 7:00-8:30 pm and Saturday\, October 23 from 10:00-1
 1:30 am to participate in this UUA-sponsored workshop\, led by Rev. Keith 
 Kron (Register below). Rev. Kron will also be our speaker during the servi
 ce on October 24.The selection of a minister is important. This workshop i
 s another opportunity for everyone in our congregation to be a part of tha
 t process. This experience will provide guidance for the search committee
