 f reserve funds to help navigate back to full strength through the pandemi
 c? ERUUF is very fortunate to have significant funds that will get us thro
 ugh this strange and stressful time. And we believe that we're going to ne
 ed to stretch those funds over the next few years. We're also considering 
 the best possible ways that we can be good stewards of these funds.    The
  good news is that we don't think we're going to need to use that full 180
 K this year. The Board is preparing to report mid-year actual numbers to o
 ur members in January. But this month we invite you to join the Coordinati
 ng Team and Board on Sunday\, December 12 either in person in the Fellowsh
 ip Hall or by Zoom so we can share the larger picture around ERUUF's finan
 ces\, as well as some trends we're noticing\, and questions we're consider
 ing.  We're particularly interested in what you're noticing and wondering 
 about\, and in hearing your thoughts about best possible ways for us to mo
