 9:30 am Fellowship Hall\, In-Person only\n==\nThis is a participatory disc
 ussion course about ways to simplify and enrich our lives\, avoid over-con
 sumption and focus on what's important. As a practice\, to simplify is to 
 reduce to essentials\, to streamline\, and to clarify. This curriculum exa
 mines the view that each person can\, at the same time\, improve his or he
 r quality of life\, reduce expenses\, and live more lightly on the Earth. 
 \nIt also explores how to be at ease\, free from compulsion and attachment
 \, and without the need to possess or control. The discipline is to consci
 ously simplify\, by gradually releasing the things\, attitudes\, and commi
 tments that distract us in our daily lives. Note: you need to commit to co
 ming to at least 4 of the 5 sessions\, preferably all five.\n \nWe are usi
 ng the book Voluntary Simplicity available for purchase here or in the ERU
 UF Office (cash or check only\, please). The ERUUF office will also have c
 opies to borrow. The office is open Tuesday-Thursday 10 am-4 pm and Sunday
