 ulticultural Team is forming two new affinity groups. They are “Waking Up 
 White” (sign up here) and “People of Color” (sign up here) groups. Both ar
 e elements of ERUUF's goals of racial equity and inclusion. Each group wil
 l use the particular lens of its racial and/or ethnic perspective to deepe
 n its understanding of what it means to be members of a multicultural and 
 racially diverse community. Expectations of the participants: openness to 
 challenging existing assumptions and beliefs and a willingness to particip
