 encounter with current imposed time restraints on health care providers re
 quires effective planning by the patient. How can we organize our story to
  facilitate it being heard? What are the essential questions we need to as
 k as we seek answers regarding test results\, diagnosis\, or treatment? Ou
 r preparation prior to our visit with our health care provider helps insur
 e we get what we need during that visit. A handout will be provided\, and 
 we will practice writing a story of a symptom. Join the discussion led by

 es to express how you want to be treated if you are seriously ill and unab
