DESCRIPTION:All ERUUFians are invited to this leadership development offeri
 ng\, “Transforming Conflict from the Inside Out.” This workshop is part of
  our emerging “Leadership as a Transformational Path” series. In this work
 shop\, we will explore leadership\, conflict\, and transforming conflict f
 rom multiple perspectives\, beginning with the self and moving outward int
 o our interpersonal relationships and teams/ministries. We will then explo
 re the topics from the perspectives of membership within the covenantal co
 mmunities of ERUUF and the UU faith tradition. The format will consist of 
 short presentations\, activities\, reflections\, and application exercises
