DESCRIPTION:In 2017\, a Special Campaign for Campus Needs was held with the
  goal of retiring ERUUF's remaining mortgage debt and establishing a reser
 ve to care for our campus. The campaign was a huge success and led to the 
 creation of the Campus Needs Fund\, a reserve set aside to cover major cam
 pus repairs and enhancements.\nAs part of the process of maintaining this 
 fund\, the Board of Trustees ordered a facilities study\, conducted by the
  firm of Giles-Flythe\, to provide a twenty year assessment of all campus 
 repair needs and associated costs.\nThe study has been completed and the B
 oard would like to share the results with you\, answer any questions you m
 ay have\, and have some deep discussion around maintaining this fund in to
  the future.\nPlease join us on Jan 25 at 7pm to hear presentations by Bob
  Giles and ERUUF's board of trustees\, and join in discussion about ERUUF'
