Read the book Waste by the MacArthur "Genius" winner Catherine Coleman Flowers and discuss it on April 9 and/or April 16. Beginning in Lowndes County, Alabama, Flowers describes her efforts to empower residents, often People of Color, and improve wastewater systems.
