ERUUFians are invited to participate in an educational event on sustainable landscaping practices. Speakers include Johnny Randall, NC Botanical Gardens; Justin Bennett, (or colleague), NC Forest Service; Saad Masood, Durham County Soil and Water Conservation; Julia Bales, Triangle Grace Church, and Denise Frizzell, Earth Justice Action Group, Eno River UU Fellowship.Topics include native plants, pollinator gardens, tree stewardship, and green infrastructure. Refreshments and beverages offered in the morning and afternoon.
Fee: $10 (scholarships available from Earth Justice).
