Please join us to celebrate Lammas, the sacred Cross Quarter halfway between Summer Solstice and Autumn Equinox. This Cross Quarter is traditionally honored as the season of harvest's First Fruits, a time of increasing plenty for everyone. The word Lammas comes from "loaf mass" acknowledging the first breads baked from the fields' newly ripening grain, and shared in community with sacred intent. We will celebrate with a "Pagan Thanksgiving," an opportunity to harvest our many blessings. We will explore stories of Grain Goddesses and Gods -- Demeter, Ceres, Macha, Tammuz, Lugh, and more. For our potluck feast, fresh food sourced from local gardens will be most appreciated. Gluten-free and vegan options are welcomed.

Please RSVP to Susan Baylies (919 401-9591 or ) with what dish you plan to bring. This is a participatory gathering open to all adults. For more information or to be added to the Eno River CUUPS mailing list, contact Lila Rosa ().
