Go into the final quarter of 2022 with relaxing and energizing exercises in this class that teaches the fundamentals of Tai Chi. Based on the Eight Active Ingredients of Tai Chi protocol created by Dr. Peter Wayne, we will “move to feel,” learn that “less is more,” and explore yin and yang in action. Classes will be outside when cool weather permits.
