The Board of Directors of the Eno River Fellowship Foundation manages the endowment that provides financial assistance to ERUUF. The Board is responsible for oversight of investments and stability of the endowment, supports planned-giving efforts to grow the endowment, and funds innovative grant proposals that enhance ERUUF’s capacity to achieve its mission.
The Board usually meets every other month, and members serve four-year terms. In September, three new Board members will be appointed by the ERUUF Board of Trustees, after being nominated by a subcommittee composed of ERUUF and Foundation Board members. If you are interested in serving, know someone who is well suited for this role, or if you would like more information, please contact Foundation Board President, Lillie Searles.
