I have a serious complaint about a particular issue (adult programming or music or finances, etc). Who should I talk to on the Board?

While any Board member may be willing to listen to your complaint, the Board's main responsibilities are to set the vision for ERUUF and monitor that ERUUF is making forward progress toward that vision. Under our form of governance, the Board has delegated all responsibility for programming and operations to the Lead Minister, who in turn has delegated specific areas of responsibility to the senior staff.

Complaints should initially be directed to the staff person who is responsible for the area of concern and then to the Lead Minister or Administrator if necessary. Concerns that remain a problem may be best worked out through the Healthy Congregation Committee. See the ministry map to understand the portfolios of the senior staff. The Board will consider all constructive criticism that may help better define the mission and vision of what ERUUF should be.
