At Online (Zoom)
Death Café offers the opportunity for ERUUFians to gather together to talk about death.
In this session, we will gather to reflect on the losses and grief we have experienced during the COVID pandemic. Our multiple losses of people, community, jobs, and more can be like mini-deaths. Processing our experiences and facing the pain of grief can potentially lead to our growth, with more self-knowledge, more compassion for self and others. Together we can explore new questions that ask how to go forward from here and who am I now? This will be a virtual gathering via Zoom. All are welcome.
Death Café is part of a global movement to increase awareness of death while helping people make the most of their finite lives. A Death Café is a group-directed discussion of death. It is a discussion group rather than a grief support or counseling session.
