In the hard times, it can be difficult to connect to delight in our world. Why is it important to embrace those delights even as we may hold the challenges?

Generosity Sundays offer the ERUUF community to practice collective generosity by designating the collection plate offering to a local Durham nonprofit working for social justice in ways aligned to UU values. The recipient this Sunday will be The Durham Crisis Response Center.

Today ERUUF's newest sources group, Nontheists, will explore some of the reasons why nontheists might expend considerable amounts of their time, talent, and treasure supporting a community like ERUUF. After all, isn’t Unitarian Universalism a religion? And doesn’t religion mean you believe in god? And isn’t the very definition of a nontheist someone who doesn’t believe in god? Also on this Sunday, we will celebrate our Bridging High School Seniors as they cross the threshold into young adulthood.
