Topics:

  • October 5: Challenges to separation of church and state and living our UU values
  • October 19: Loosening of environmental protections and living our UU values
  • November 2: Loss and defunding of programs and living our UU values

Life is full of situations that pull us off center. What helps you to connect and center? There are practical exercises that can enable us to respond and reset in the face of everything going on in the world. The capacity to self-regulate, in a healthy way, is one of the most important life skills we can learn. In this three-week class we will engage practices to activate our inner compass, the part within our being that guides us to a place of greater knowing, greater giving, and greater peace.
