This gathering is a follow up for all Dismantling Racism workshop participants to plan together how we can keep moving forward. We'll meet after the service (about 12:15). Questions? Contact Diane Blount:

What the Meeting Is About: We want your input and help on how to keep moving forward with the Dismantling Racism program at ERUUF. We also want to give you a chance to reflect with others on how this work can be part of our spiritual journey and growth.
Here are the key things we’ll be doing at the meeting:
· Reflect and share with others how the training is impacting you and ERUUF. How can it be part of your spiritual journey?
· Get input and do action planning on the Proposed Process for Racial Equity and Inclusion at ERUUF (attached)
· Brainstorm ways we can make Dismantling Racism part of the culture at ERUUF and start to engage with the larger community.
· Learn about ways to get involved and keep growing, and think about how you want to be engaged.
