You are warmly invited to a special gathering honoring Litha / Summer Solstice. We look forward to joining together on Summer Solstice day for A Celebration of Rainbow Light. Together let's create a proud, heart-full circle of inclusivity for each other and for our two wonderful incoming ministers, Rev. Jacqueline Brett (she/they), Lead Minister, and Rev. James Lewis (he/they), Minister of Lifespan Faith Development and Pastoral Care. On this day of greatest light, we will welcome and embrace the myriads of rainbow lights radiant in ourselves, in our families, in our communities, and in our world, honoring the wisdom, truth, blessings, and illumination in all the beautiful facets of our shared human experience. Our community celebration will include singing, storytelling, Calling the Directions, and the Dances of Universal Peace, also known as Sufi Dancing, which are gentle circle dances accessible to all. We are delighted to welcome Rev. Perry Pike, Dance creator and worship leader, and Richard Mullinax, Perry's partner and Dance musician. This is a participatory gathering open to all adults.
