Transforming Conflict: New Skills for Being in Community (9 am-12 pm)

This will be a general session for all interested ERUUF members and friends.
In this workshop, we’ll explore how conflict—when approached with intention and grace—
can deepen our relationships and strengthen our community.
Rev. Cooley will help us understand our internal responses to difficult situations
and help us learn new skills for healthy engagement.
This workshop will be interactive with time for individual reflection and small group conversations.

Optional Lunch (12 pm-1 pm). Box lunches can be ordered on the registration form.
After a partial subsidy by ERUUF, we request that everyone who stays for lunch contribute $10-15 cash
or check payable at the workshop to help defray the costs.

(An afternoon workshop session (1 pm-3 pm) will focus on applying the conflict transformation approach to congregational leadership.)

Deadline to sign up: October 6
