One thing the Board of Trustees learned from last year’s Pulse Survey. was that a majority of the Fellowship didn’t know much about us. In that spirit, we’re excited to share a few updates on what we have been working on lately. After all, transparency is key to building a strong and vibrant community.
First, we want to acknowledge and praise our staff for their outstanding work during the recent holiday season. All events and services were superb, and we are grateful for their hard work and dedication!
Our Annual Meeting is scheduled for May 19, 2024, and our annual Pledge Drive will begin in March. The Board will be starting a blog to keep everyone informed of our ongoing work. We will also have a table at Coffee Hour where you can learn more and talk to current Board members.
The 2024 Pulse Survey will go live in mid-March and we encourage everyone to participate and share insights. The information we gathered last year helped inform the Board and Lead Minister about needs, opportunities, and trends, which we were able to act upon.
Finally, we’re looking for individuals to join our Board beginning in 2024-2025. If you are interested in serving our Fellowship, please contact Mary Evers, Chair of the Nominating Committee.
