UU Justice NC's Friday Action Hour - April 17th at 11:00 - Farm Worker Rights & National Worker Permit Call to Action. This Friday, Leticia Zavala from El Futuro will speak to us about the ongoing work to win safer working conditions for farm workers. We will also participate in the national UU Solidarity Initiatives campaign, writing public comments to protect work permits for immigrants.

Public Education Advocacy Day at the NC Legislature - Tuesday April 21st in Raleigh - 9:00am - 2:00pm in Raleigh. Sponsored by Every Child NC, Pastors for NC Children and Red Wine & Blue. The day will begin at Edenton Street United Methodist Church and will then transition to a press conference and legislative visits at the General Assembly. Together, we will call for fully funded and resourced public schools to support all of NC's 1.5 million school children. 2026 North Carolina UU the Vote Launch - Wednesday, April 29th from 7:00 - 8:00pm on Zoom. Join UU Justice NC for the official launch of our 2026 North Carolina UU the Vote Campaign! In 2024, UU's across NC came together to make UU the Vote the largest activation of UUs in our state's history! But you ain't seen nothing yet! At this event, Kaleb Graves will roll-out our new multi-year campaign to combat Christian Nationalism in North Carolina. We will also hear from Rev.
