Important—someone has been impersonating Rev. Jacqueline with a fake email address, which ultimately leads to a request for money.
Please check the "from" line in any emails claiming to be from Rev. Jacqueline or any other member of staff, as the email address should end with eruuf.org. Note that this can also occur via a Facebook or other message.
If ever in doubt, do send an email directly to the minister or staff member in question at their ERUUF email or to to ask whether we've sent what you've received. Or feel free to call us. Most often, hearing from you is the first way we become alerted to impersonation taking place.
Under no circumstance should you directly respond to any such emails or messages. Err on the side of caution. Unfortunately, it is not unusual for the hacking of accounts or phishing scams to become more widespread this time of year.
