The heart of ERUUF is alive and well. Thank you to the almost 300 ERUUF members and friends who filled out the Pulse Survey. Your voices have been heard. The future of ERUUF looks good thanks to you.
The results of the Pulse Survey are now being analyzed. The results will be presented in detail to the Board, Rev. Jacqueline and her staff, as well as to other leaders shortly. A review of key results and important learnings will be shared at the upcoming ERUUF Annual Meeting on May 18, 2025. Mark your calendar as it is important for you to be there.
The most important thing for all of us to do now is to engage with ERUUF to the greatest extent possible this coming year. We are thriving in challenging times because we are a covenanted community, but the ERUUF community needs all of us.
A side effect of your engagement is that you will be brimming with information to use to fill out the 2025 Pulse Survey. Look for it next Spring.
