This past Sunday, children and youth gathered for a fun RE Sunday.
The PreK/K group started the class by playing a fun get-to-know you game, and they read the chalice lighting and introduced themselves to the class. They read The Truth about Dragons by Julie Leung, made a dragon drawing themselves, and made another courage badge!
1-5th RE group continued their exploration of the UU Value of Love by discussing how it compels us to action, reading I Can Help by by Reem Faruqi, then playing a rope game in their small grade-based groups.
Crossing Paths had their “Map Day” to introduce the next faith they will be exploring: Judaism.
A great group of 13 youth in Middle School Youth Group gathered for a big pizza lunch before heading out to SkyZone for an afternoon of trampoline park fun.
