Here's what's happening in R.E. in May:

Sundays 9:30 - 10:30 am:

The 3s and 4s R.E. class has been having at-home tea parties with favorite stuffed animals and stories with Ann and Emilia Gray. Please contact Ann for the Zoom link.

K - 2nd grade has met with teacher Prue Cuper to share joys and concerns in a chalice circle format. You can contact her for more class information.

3rd - 5th grade: Hogwarts! Our witches and wizards are fighting Horcruxes, and currently are fighting the Horcrux of sickness. For the rest of the month, we are combining both sections of the Harry Potter classes to join the forces of Dumbledore's army as one, at 9:30 am. You can contact Professor Baylies for more class information. Harry Potter for both sections has an amazing, interactive website here:

Sundays 11:30 am - 12:30 pm:

The 3s and 4s R.E. class has also been enjoying at-home tea parties, show-and-tell, and stories. One of the teachers, Jenn Greenleaf, wrote and illustrated the fantastic "Zoom Tea Party" in which you may recognize some of our regular participants. Please contact Jenn or Cindy for the Zoom RE link if you haven't received it already.

2nd - 3rd grade R.E. class meets to check-in and share joys, concerns, and stories. Contact teacher Kristin Wright for more class information.

Middle School R.E. class meets the last 3 Sundays in May. Contact Bobby Hartman for more class details and to be added to the class listserv.

Please contact Braxton Simmons about:

  • Middle School Youth Group: alternative Sundays 1:30 pm - 2:30 pm
  • Combined Coming of Age and HSYG: every Sunday 4:30 pm - 5:30 pm. They've made pancakes, written cards for ERUUFians quarantining alone, had a virtual lock-in, and are bird watching this Sunday.
