The Welcome Home Project is an initiative from Durham's Innovation Team in partnership with the Local Reentry Council, Religious Coalition for a Non-Violent Durham, and Durham Congregations in Action. The project offers peer support and a box of essentials to residents returning to Durham from state prison. The program helps orient people to the resources available in our community, provides social and emotional support, and illustrates that we want returning residents to succeed in reentry.

The ERUUF Justice Ministry has set a goal of sponsoring 6 Welcome Home boxes. If you are able, please help us meet our goal by adding your name to our spreadsheet indicating the item or items you would like to sponsor. Please drop off items at or ship to 401 W Cornwallis Rd, Durham, NC 27707. Leave them on the steps to the door under the carport. Please make sure items are delivered by June 26, 2020.
